Estimates

Estimates requested through this site are free and carry no obligation. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after an on-site inspection.

Messaging Terms (SMS, WhatsApp & Social)

• Program description: When you opt in on our estimate form, Prestige Home Improvements sends messages about appointments, estimates, project updates, and customer care — by SMS and, where you have contacted us there, by WhatsApp or social media messaging.
• Automation & AI: Messages and certain calls may be sent or handled by automated systems or AI assistants acting on our behalf. You may ask for a human representative at any time.
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Varies by project activity.
• Fees: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
• Help: Reply HELP or call (305) 393-2123 for assistance.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prestige Home Improvements is a certified general contractor licensed in the State of Florida (Lic. #CGC 1524848). We perform work exclusively within Florida.

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Home Improvements is not liable for damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties provided in a signed project contract.
