Prestige Home Improvements is a trade name (DBA) of A & J Investments & Renovation LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Prestige Home Improvements,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, roofbyprestige.com (including our online estimate form), and through our phone, email and text message communications; how we use and share it; and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate or contact us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the address of the property, and your answers about your roof and project.
Text message consent records. Whether you checked each text message consent box on our estimate form, the exact consent wording you were shown, the language it was shown in, the date and time, the page you were on, your IP address and your browser type. We keep this to document your choices.
Communications. Records of our calls, text messages and emails with you. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law.
Technical and usage data. Browser and device type, pages visited, the ad or link that brought you to our site, and cookie identifiers. Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your request, schedule your free roof inspection and prepare your estimate.
To perform and permit your roofing project and to provide warranty and customer service.
To contact you about your request and project by phone and email, and by text message only if you opted in to our text messages.
To send marketing text messages only if you separately checked the marketing consent box.
To operate, secure and improve our website, and to measure the performance of our own advertising.
To comply with the law and to keep records of your consent and opt-out requests.

SMS / Text Messaging

We offer two separate, optional text message programs. You can join one, both or neither by checking the matching box on our estimate form at roofbyprestige.com/quote.html. Checking a box is never required to request an estimate, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Customer care & project updates (non-marketing): messages about your roof estimate request, inspection appointments and reminders, roofing project updates, and customer service.
Marketing: occasional special offers, discounts and service updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also call us at (305) 393-2123. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or consent with any third party, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Automated & AI-Assisted Communications

Some of our messages are sent automatically by our customer management system (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders), and some replies may be drafted or sent by an artificial-intelligence (AI) assistant acting on our behalf. These messages stay within the programs you opted into. You can ask for a person at any time by saying so in the conversation or by calling (305) 393-2123. If you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we reply on that channel; those conversations are separate from our SMS programs and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share personal information only:

with service providers that work on our behalf to run our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform, website hosting, scheduling tools and address-lookup service, only as needed to provide their services to us;
with subcontractors and suppliers who help us carry out your roofing project, only as needed for your job;
when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers or others; and
with a successor business if Prestige Home Improvements is merged or sold, subject to this policy.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel on our website uses cookies to record website activity, such as pages viewed and completed estimate requests, so we can measure our own Facebook and Instagram ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Data Retention

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business, warranty, tax and legal purposes. We keep records of text message consent and opt-out requests for at least five years after our last contact with you, so we can show we honored your choices. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or call us. We will stop texting you, except for one message confirming your opt-out.
Calls and email: tell us during a call, reply to an email, or call us to stop calls or emails.
Access, correction and deletion: call (305) 393-2123 or write to us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as a record of your opt-out.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We will not use information collected under this policy in a materially different way without your consent.
